DESCRIPTION:New Educational Opportunity:\nEver wish you had a coach to give you feedback on your work? Beginning September 3\, ANA will offer Wednesday Studio\, a coaching/tutorial class held alternate Wednesdays at the ANA Studio from 1:00 to 4:00. Taught by ANA Gallery Artists and other professionals\, the sessions offer opportunities for feedback\, inspiration\, and strategies for growth as participants work \nMini-lessons and demonstrations will be offered based on individual needs. What to bring: completed artwork\, artwork in progress\, materials for new pieces\, personal art supplies. Come for as many sessions as you like. Check the website for dates and coaches. \nFebruary 18: Evelyn Jorgenson – Collage\n\nDiscussion of what Collage is as an art medium\nShow examples of collage work done by the presenter and discuss each briefly\nBrief discussion of artists who have used collage (Matisse and others) as a medium\nStress importance of design\, balance\, color\, contrast\, and movement within the picture\n\nTime: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm\nMedium: Work in any medium. Different instructors will be there to coach as needed.\nCost: $30 per class (pay at the class)
