Art has been an integral force in my life since childhood.  I always had a pencil and paper drawing going, even when I wasn’t supposed to.  Doodling and drawing while I should’ve been studying or listening in school.  I have a BA in Art – Oklahoma Christian College, OKC, OK (1977) and a MEd in Community and Junior College Art Education (1978).  Life got in the way of my pursuit of my art for way too many years; but since retirement I’ve been able to once again pursue my dreams.

I will do a demonstration and, if I can complete it within the time frame of the presentation, hope to offer it as a “door prize” for attendees. I will be demonstrating various techniques for using subtle color tinting and negative space to enhance the depth in one’s paintings and to create false imagery.

Join us in August for this fun, interactive program.
