Several Artists of Northwest Arkansas (ANA) members have been selected to participate in The Big Picture, a new exhibition at The Gallery at Theo’s in Rogers. The exhibit, which oped June 1 and continues through August 1, showcases the work of 13 Northwest Arkansas artists alongside a unique series of graphite portraits created by artist and curator Jerry Cooper.

Cooper, a Bentonville artist, designer, and art curator for Theo’s, conceived The Big Picture as a way to spotlight the artists behind the artwork and strengthen connections within the regional arts community. His beautifully rendered graphite portraits capture artists he knows and admires, creating a thoughtful visual introduction to each participant. Enlarged reproductions of these portraits are displayed alongside the artists’ original works, literally “putting a face to the art.”

The participating artists are Jenn Baugh, Jerry Cooper, Liz Cox, Amy Eichler, Ruth Lawlor, Leslie Perryman, Alan Simmons, Zeek Taylor, Karen Wagaman, Pam Watson, Jennifer Weiss, Brande Wilkerson, and Cindi Zimmerman.

ANA members and friends are invited to attend the artist reception on Wednesday, June 10, from 6–8 p.m. at The Gallery at Theo’s, 3300 S. Market St. #100 in Rogers. Guests will enjoy complimentary appetizers, a cash bar, and the opportunity to meet the featured artists while viewing this exceptional exhibition celebrating Northwest Arkansas’ vibrant creative community.

Theo’s Pinnacle Hills is known for its upscale dining experience, featuring steaks, seafood, classic cocktails, and an elegant gallery setting that provides a wonderful venue for showcasing regional artists. The public is invited to attend. Be sure to mark your calendar and support our fellow ANA members participating in this exciting exhibition.
