Buck Hadlock

Buck Hadlock is a self-taught artist whose passion for creating art blossomed during the pandemic of 2020. Striving to find a way to express himself while staying productive, Buck discovered the beauty of acrylic paints on canvas. Through a combination of public library books and YouTube videos, Buck taught himself the ins and outs of painting Buck’s preferred techniques include blending, splattering, pouring, palette knife, texturizing, taping, and incorporating spray paints and mixed media to create abstract, landscapes or galaxy-inspired pieces. He takes inspiration from a variety of art movements, including abstract expressionism, action painting, color field painting, geometric abstraction, informalism, neoplasticism, and optical illusion, infusing his imagination and creativity into each work of art. Currently, a portion of Buck’s impressive collection of artwork is rotating on exhibit at the Art Gallery at NWA Mall in Fayetteville, Arkansas, showcasing his limitless style and undefined talent. Fans and art lovers can also discover his entire collection on his social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, under the name “Relapse into Euphoria Gallery.” Buck’s art is a visual representation of his journey of self-discovery and expression, capturing the beauty and intricacy of life in each brushstroke.
